Job Description
Kadiak, LLC is seeking a Project Manager to support Kadiak and our government customer in Billings, MT. We offer competitive compensation and an extraordinary benefits package.
Requirements
- Leadership: Manage multiple trades across building portfolio, develop/maintain client relationships, coordinate activities across disciplines, and manage union environment.
- Project Management: Plan, coordinate, and facilitate projects from conception to completion.
- Compliance: Implement a QMP and ensure contract compliance and point of contact for contract deliverables.
- Energy Management: Primary liaison for energy performance standards.
- Safety: Promote safe work environments.
