Job Description
We are seeking a Training Specialist/Instructional Designer to support KITS and our government customer at Langley Air Force Base, VA. The Training Specialist will develop and maintain the enterprise curriculum library that supports AI and RPA training across all Air Combat Command wings.
Requirements
- 4+ years of instructional design and Virtual Instructor-Led Training (VILT) delivery in federal or DoD environments
- Proven track record developing enterprise-scale training programs serving geographically dispersed audiences
- Experience administering Learning Management Systems in Government environments
- ADDIE methodology proficiency
- LMS administration experience with DAF365, Cornerstone, Blackboard, or equivalent Government-approved platforms
- Train-the-Trainer facilitation experience
- CompTIA Security+ (DoD 8140.03 baseline)
