Requirements
- Proven experience leading successful sales teams, ideally in a public sector environment.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve and grow sales revenue against targets.
- Strong commercial acumen and an appetite to broaden exposure to full branch management.
- Well-developed people leadership capability, with a coaching and development mindset.
- Ability to build trusted relationships across internal teams and with customers.
- Confident communication, presentation and stakeholder engagement skills.
- A proactive approach to market engagement, networking and business development within the ACT.
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage priorities, deadlines and competing demands.
- Comfort working autonomously while contributing to a collaborative leadership team.
