Konrad is a next-generation digital consultancy looking for an experienced Operations Manager to support and elevate the day-to-day operations of our Gurgaon office.

Requirements

• 7+ years of progressive operations experience in a fast-paced technology, consulting or professional services environment
• Strong understanding of facilities management, vendor coordination, security operations, and day-to-day office administration
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high standard of operational excellence
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust with employees, leadership and external partners
• Experience managing operational teams is preferred
