Konrad is a next generation digital consultancy looking for an experienced Operations Manager to support and elevate the day-to-day operations of their Gurgaon office. The ideal candidate is a hands-on operator with strong attention to detail and proven experience managing office environments.

Requirements

• 7+ years of progressive operations experience
• Strong understanding of facilities management, vendor coordination, security operations, and day-to-day office administration
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high standard of operational excellence
• Very strong attention to detail
• A proactive problem solver who is equally comfortable with hands-on tasks and broader operational tasks
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust with employees, leadership and external partners
• Experience managing operational teams is preferred
