HRIS Director (Workday)

The HRIS Director is a key leadership role in Global HR with end-to-end accountability for Kontoor's HR technology ecosystem. The leader is responsible for partnering with key stakeholders in designing a multi-year strategy that enables the Global HR function to deliver high-impact, quality solutions to the organization.

Requirements

• 10+ years in HR Technology management and enterprise systems
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Information Technology, Business Management, or related field
• Preferred certifications: HRIS or HCM certifications (Workday strongly preferred)
• Expertise in HR/HCM systems, system integrations, data governance, and analytics
• Leadership and strategic thinking skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lead and inspire a team and foster a highly accountable culture
