Manager, Technical Design

Kontoor Brands is seeking a Manager, Technical Design to lead the technical development of pattern-making and technical specifications for seasonal development. The role involves supervising a team and collaborating with cross-functional areas to ensure accurate and on-time delivery of technical packages. The ideal candidate should have extensive knowledge in pattern, technical product development processes, and systems, as well as strong leadership and analytical skills.

Requirements

• 10+ years of apparel manufacturing experience
• In-depth technical knowledge in E2E product manufacturing processes
• Experience in Jeanswear Bottoms or Tops product development
• Bachelor's Degree or higher
• Leadership ability to motivate result-driven teams
• Analytical thinker with attention to details and problem-solving skills
• High proficiency in systems – Accumark, 3D, Illustrator, and MS Office applications (SharePoint, Teams, Excel etc.), SAP
