Technical Design Lead

Technical Design Lead responsible for the complete technical development of pattern-making and technical specifications from seasonal development to sampling development. Supervises the on-time adherence of functional task timelines and manages communication and processes to meet quality standards.

Requirements

• Manages Technical Design team members to provide technical expertise on product development
• Works closely with Product Development team to ensure complete, on-time pass off to Production Technical Design team
• Manages Design/Merchandising product changes to Production Technical Design and/or Manufacturing
• Serves as a problem-solving technical expert resource in product development
