VR Bank Rhein-Neckar eG is searching for a motivated Team Lead Marketing to support the development and implementation of marketing and communication strategies. The ideal candidate has completed studies in marketing or a similar field, several years of marketing experience, and leadership experience.

Requirements

• Completed studies or comparable training in the field of marketing, communication, or a similar subject area
• Several years of experience in marketing, ideally also in the development and implementation of marketing strategies
• In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels and tools
• Leadership experience and the ability to motivate and develop your team
• Analytical thinking and the ability to make data-based decisions
• Communication skills, self-initiative, and organizational talent
