Peer Support Specialist with a National Certified Peer Specialist and 6 months experience working in or volunteer experience providing peer to peer support services

Lead and manage a team of up to 8 engineers, develop and maintain a collaborative engineering culture, and work closely with cross-functional peers to drive business outcomes
Licensed Therapist
Master's degree in Clinical Counseling, Social Work, or related field; active New Jersey or Michigan license; experience in mental health therapy; strong understanding of ethical and legal considerations
Mental Health Support Practitioner (Bilingual Preferred)
BA level mental health degrees, MA level mental health degree, or 6 months experience as a crisis worker, and 6 months experience as a crisis worker
Counsellor in Training
Student with level 4 training experience, ability to attend regular supervision, and willingness to accrue training hours
Substance Use Disorder Counselor (Bilingual Preferred)
Valid SUD Counselor certification in California and experience supporting individuals with substance use-related behavioral change
Substance Use Disorder Counselor (Bilingual Preferred)
Valid SUD Counselor certification in California, experience in substance use disorder, and residency in the contiguous US
Licensed Therapist
Master's degree, active license, experience in mental health therapy, and strong understanding of ethical and legal considerations
People Partner (HR Business Partner)
5+ years of HR experience, multi-state US employment experience, ability to influence senior leaders, and experience leading employee relations
