Job Description
We are looking for an HR Data Analyst to provide global support for group-wide reporting, HR IT, and data maintenance activities. Your role will involve designing, executing, and maintaining global HR reports and analyses, as well as collaborating with global and local HR, Finance, IT, and Legal functions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Econometrics, Business Administration, Management, Economics, or related field
- 2-5 years' experience in analysis, reporting, and IT helpdesk support
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors and ServiceNow is advantageous
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Fluent in tech language
- Team player with excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills
- High sense of responsibility, ownership, and commitment
