UX Design Lead (DES-3-012026)

Koru UX Design is a leading UX design agency specializing in HealthTech. We are looking for a UX Design Lead to drive high-value UX initiatives for our clients while strengthening design execution and strategy.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in UX design, with at least 2 years in leading and managing UX teams, preferably within an agency or service-based business.
• A strong portfolio showcasing your UX design work, including projects where you have led teams or managed client accounts.
• Must have experience in B2B products and enterprise applications. Experience in the HealthTech industry is a plus.
• Exposure to AI in a product or UX context—whether through tool usage, feature design, or hands-on collaboration on AI-powered products—is highly preferred.
