Lead UI & UX Designer

UKG is seeking a Lead UX Designer to work across complex enterprise product areas where AI is changing how users interact with software. Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in UX, product design, or interaction design
• Strong track record of delivering complex, scalable design solutions
• Experience designing products that incorporate AI capabilities
• Strong proficiency in design and prototyping tools
• Ability to identify, apply, and evolve design patterns and best practices
