Job Description
The Terminal Operator will perform day-to-day general labor tasks, unloading barges, loading trucks, and performing basic maintenance while following safety guidelines and established operational procedures.
Requirements
- Safety-minded with a good safety record
- Good troubleshooting abilities (mechanical and electrical)
- Ability to communicate with managers, other employees, and 3rd-party individuals in a variety of methods
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to maintain a professional demeanor
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Previous experience working on the river with barges is a plus
