Job Description
Generate, manage, and execute the DNC of Employee staff. Execute and record the trainings. Coordinate and control the training courses according to the plans and programs.
Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of experience in similar roles within the automotive sector.
- Experience in Managing training and development programs of personnel.
- Advanced English.
- Preparation and follow-up of Procedures of Training.
- Management of Learning Management Software.
- Advanced Excel.
