Acquisition Manager-Sales-Sales

The Acquisition Manager – RL Sales is responsible for driving the acquisition of retail loan customers through direct and indirect channels.

Requirements

• Acquire new customers for retail loan products
• Generate leads through market activities, referrals, and cold calling
• Ensure proper documentation and adherence to KYC norms as per company guidelines
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth processing of loan applications
• Maintain strong relationships with channel partners and ensure consistent business flow
• Track and update the status of loan applications to customers and partners
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve queries promptly
