Branch Operations Manager-BRANCH BANKING-Service

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Branch Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our branch.

Requirements

• Acquire new customers for retail loan products through DSAs, connectors, and direct sourcing.
• Generate leads through market activities, referrals, and cold calling.
• Ensure proper documentation and adherence to KYC norms as per company guidelines.
• Coordinate with internal teams including credit, operations, legal, and technical for smooth processing of loan applications.
• Maintain strong relationships with channel partners and ensure consistent business flow.
• Track and update the status of loan applications to customers and partners.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve queries promptly.
