We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Branch Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our branch, ensuring compliance with regulatory and audit requirements, managing customer service processes, and maintaining operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Acquire new customers for retail loan products
• Generate leads through market activities, referrals, and cold calling
• Ensure proper documentation and adherence to KYC norms as per company guidelines
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth processing of loan applications
• Maintain strong relationships with channel partners
• Track and update the status of loan applications to customers and partners
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve queries promptly
