Branch Relationship Manager - BRANCH BANKING - Branch Banking

This role focuses on developing and maintaining relationships with high-net-worth clients for bank liabilities. Responsibilities include acquiring new customers, cross-selling products, planning events, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Requirements

• Develops new and expands existing High Net Worth Customer relationships for liabilities.
• Sources new bank customers through external individual efforts and acquisition channels.
• Cross sells bank products to existing branch customers.
• Plans and conducts special sales initiatives and events for prospective and existing clients.
• Coordinates with other group companies to provide seamless access to products.
• Maintains complete relationship record for assigned customer accounts.
• Tracks customer complaints/queries and turnaround times for customer satisfaction.
