Customer Assistance Manager-Consumer Durables-Hardship Assistance Unit

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Portfolio Manager to oversee collections and asset recovery for retail loan portfolios. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in collections, team management, and legal coordination, with the ability to operate both strategically and on the ground.

Requirements

• Collections Management: Monitor and maintain collection efficiency across assigned portfolios
• Repossession & Recovery: Manage repossession activities in coordination with repossession agents
• Agency & Field Coordination: Liaise with external collection agencies and field executives
• Legal & Compliance: Coordinate with legal teams for initiating and following up on legal actions
