Operations Team Member-WBG OPERATIONS (OPS)-Customer Service Desk

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional to join our WBG Operations team at the Customer Service Desk. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in banking operations, particularly in RTGS/NEFT transactions, fund transfers, and tax payments.

Requirements

• Handle and process RTGS, NEFT, fund transfers, and tax payments efficiently
• Provide prompt and accurate support to customers and internal teams
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines
• Maintain and update transaction records and reports
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve discrepancies or escalations
• Monitor transaction queues and ensure timely execution of all payment instructions
• Assist in audits and internal reviews
