Team Member-WBG OPERATIONS (OPS)-Customer Service Desk

This role involves handling day-to-day trade transactions, coordinating with banks for processing and resolving discrepancies, ensuring compliance, and issuing letters of credit. The position requires excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach. The ideal candidate will be familiar with Trade Finance and CMS products.

• 3-5 years of relevant banking experience in Trade / CMS operations.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Qualification – Graduate / Post-Graduate.
