We are looking for a highly driven and customer-centric Platinum Relationship Manager to manage and grow relationships with High Net Worth (HNW) households, offering comprehensive banking solutions across liabilities, commercial assets, and third-party products.
Requirements
- Develop and expand relationships with High Net Worth households for liabilities and commercial assets
- Ensure high levels of customer service and adherence to bank policies
- Cross-sell a wide range of banking products and services to deepen client engagement
- Educate clients about new products and enhancements to strengthen relationships
- Plan and execute targeted sales initiatives and client engagement events
- Collaborate with group companies to offer integrated financial solutions
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions and relationship history
- Monitor and resolve customer complaints and queries within defined turnaround times (TAT)
