Platinum Relationship Manager-Household-BRANCH BANKING-Relationship Management

We are looking for a highly driven and customer-centric Platinum Relationship Manager to manage and grow relationships with High Net Worth (HNW) households, acquiring new clients, deepening existing relationships, and offering comprehensive banking solutions.

Requirements

• Develop and expand relationships with High Net Worth households for liabilities and commercial assets
• Ensure high levels of customer service and adherence to bank policies
• Cross-sell a wide range of banking products and services to deepen client engagement
• Plan and execute targeted sales initiatives and client engagement events
• Maintain detailed records of client interactions and relationship history
• Monitor and resolve customer complaints and queries within defined turnaround times (TAT)
