The Premier Acquisition Manager is responsible for acquiring and managing relationships with High Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs) for retail loan products, building a strong CASA book, and generating revenue through high-value customer engagement.
Requirements
- Acquire new HNI customers for retail loan products and banking services.
- Drive revenue through cross-selling of third-party products (TPP) such as insurance, mutual funds, etc.
- Build and grow CASA book size by onboarding quality customers.
- Maintain and nurture relationships with existing HNI clients to ensure long-term engagement.
- Coordinate effectively with internal teams including credit, legal, operations, and product teams.
- Ensure compliance with KYC norms and proper documentation for all customer acquisitions.
- Provide end-to-end support to customers and channel partners, ensuring timely updates and resolution.
- Leverage existing customer base to generate new business opportunities.
