As a Relationship Manager in the Affluent Priority segment of Business Banking, you will be responsible for acquiring and managing high-net-worth individual (HNI) clients, building long-term relationships, and driving revenue growth through personalized service and strategic portfolio management.
Requirements
- Acquire new HNI clients and expand existing relationships through strategic sales planning and execution
- Conduct in-depth profiling of clients to understand their financial needs and offer tailored solutions
- Drive business across liabilities, assets, and fee-based products to enhance relationship value and revenue
- Perform regular portfolio reviews and present investment options aligned with client goals
- Maintain consistent client engagement through weekly/monthly calls and meetings
- Resolve client queries within defined turnaround times to ensure satisfaction and loyalty
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client onboarding
- Organize and participate in special sales initiatives, client events, and engagement activities
- Ensure strict adherence to bank policies and regulatory guidelines in all client interactions
- Continuously identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling to increase wallet share and client stickiness
