Relationship Manager - Branch Banking-BRANCH BANKING-Branch Banking

This is a full-time Relationship Manager role within the bank branch banking division. The role focuses on developing new customer relationships, expanding existing ones, cross-selling bank products, and maintaining strong customer relationships. The manager will contribute to sales initiatives and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Develops new and expands existing High Net Worth Customer relationships for liabilities by sourcing customers.
• Sources new bank customers through external individual efforts and acquisition channel.
• Cross sells bank products to existing set of Branch customers which are mapped.
• Coordinates with other group companies to provide seamless access to other products.
• Maintains complete relationship record for assigned customer accounts.
• Tracks customer complaints/queries and turnaround times for customer satisfaction.
