We are seeking a driven and experienced Relationship Manager to manage and grow the DSA (Direct Selling Agent) or branch channel for mortgage products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mortgage sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and manage relationships with DSAs and internal stakeholders.
Requirements
- Manage sales and distribution of mortgage products through DSAs
- Empanel new DSAs from the market and drive business growth through them
- Train and develop DST (Direct Sales Team) and DSA partners to ensure productivity and compliance
- Ensure adherence to KYC and documentation norms as per company guidelines
- Ensure timely and accurate closure of disbursement documentation
- Liaise with internal departments including Credit, Legal, Technical, RCU, and Operations for smooth case processing
- Handle end-to-end processing of customer applications and keep customers and channel partners updated on status
- Ensure high levels of customer service and satisfaction throughout the loan lifecycle
