The Sales Manager-Loan Against Shares-Regional sales will be responsible for relationship management, sales planning, customer retention, and training and development across different channels.
Requirements
- Relationship management with Branch Banking, Privy and Wealth
- Evolve and operationalise sales plan
- Manage existing portfolio and customer retention
- Ensure unilateral growth by adding new customers
- Training and Development of the Branch, Privy, Wealth and external channels
- End to end processing of the case
- Recruiting and provide training to D0
- Develop relationship and liaise with Internal cross functional stakeholders
- Ensure compliance to bank’s audits, statutory and regulatory requirement
