Job Description
We are seeking a Chef De Partie to join our Galley Management team on board our ships. As a CDP, you will assist in the day-to-day food preparation and meal services activities, ensuring consistency, quality, and cost effectiveness.
Requirements
- Assist in food preparation and meal services activities
- Ensure quality, consistency, and cost effectiveness
- Maintain proper food specifications and sanitation standards
- Comply with company and USPH standards
- Assist in training and developing team members
- Monitor food quality and presentation
- Maintain accurate records and paperwork
- Communicate effectively with store keepers and galley supervisor
- Ensure proper cleaning and maintenance of equipment and section
- Conduct regular inspections and report findings to Sous Chef or CDPs
