Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Flooring/Tile Estimator to review bid documents, create take-offs, and prepare accurate bid packages/proposals.
Requirements
- Reviewing bid documents and specifications
- Creating take-offs
- Quantifying and qualifying all material quantities
- Reading and understanding blueprints
- Familiarity with flooring and tiling industry
- Experience with Measure Square estimating software (plus)
- Microsoft Office and general PC knowledge
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
