Estimator [[Elite Construction Resources]]

Elite Construction Resources is seeking an Estimator to join their team. The company offers a variety of great benefits, including paid time off, health benefits, and a competitive salary. The Estimator will be responsible for generating project coversheets, taking off product lines, and soliciting vendor pricing. A college degree and 3-5 years of field experience are preferred.

Requirements

• Generate project coversheet (identify critical information)
• Knowledge of blueprints (ability to read and understand)
• Complete Takeoffs of all Division 10, 11, and 12 product lines
• Understand Framing and Drywall Takeoffs
• Solicit vendor pricing associated with all products that are on the bid
• Generate labor costs associated with installing the product(s)
• Create a price matrix in Excel for Management review
• Develop final price sheet and quote for the project
• Submit pricing to meet all bid deadlines
• Work with Lead Estimator to expand vendor and subcontractor relationships
• Generate submittals and close out paperwork
