Solutions Analyst

The Software Solutions Integrator plays a critical role in defining software solutions for KPI’s OPTO clients, working closely with clients, internal development teams, and third-party vendors to translate business needs into scalable system solutions.

Requirements

• Experience working with WMS, WES, or WCS systems in distribution centers
• Background in software development, system engineering, or solution architecture
• Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into technical system designs
• Knowledge of integration technologies and protocols such as REST APIs, Kafka, FTP/SFTP, or similar
• Experience creating technical documentation and solution design artifacts
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including client-facing experience
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking
