Sr. Solutions Manager

Sr. Solutions Manager will lead Solutions engagements, lead and mentor capabilities of Solution Managers and Solution Engineers, and support training and quality reviews for material handling technologies and equipment.

Requirements

• Lead and mentor capabilities of Solution Managers and Solution Engineers
• Support training and quality reviews for material handling technologies and equipment
• Strong understanding of controls application, capabilities & use in system designs
• Develop ROI strategies for applied material handling solutions
• Analyze client’s business down to the DNA level from their available data
• Develop efficient processes, including layouts, workstations, and traditional material handling systems
• Develop capital plans involving traditional MHE equipment, AMR/AGV, etc.
• Work closely with clients to provide solutions to increase productivity and accuracy
• Serve as subject matter expert for engineering related areas such as ergonomics, MOST rate analysis, best practices and operator safety
• Work closely with Supply Chain Services Leadership and Client Account Executives
• Conduct WMS and WES software comparisons and present results to clients
• Extensive use & application of material handling technologies
• Strong team leadership skills & mentorship
• Problem solving and prioritization skills
• Discerning verbal and written skills to communicate with all levels of management
• Ability to work independently and with others
• Ability to understand and evaluate controls capabilities
