Job Description
Job Summary: We are seeking an Assistant Manager for our Tax team. The successful candidate will have 3-4 years of tax compliance experience and a bachelor's degree in accounting or MBA finance. Key responsibilities include handling multiple engagements, managing teams, and providing guidance and training to associates. The role requires advanced proficiency in tax technology tools, including Alteryx, and excellent communication and time management skills.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in accounting or MBA finance from reputable universities with excellent academic result, majoring in Accounting, Taxation or Finance
- 3-4 years of recent tax compliance experience in an accounting firm, corporation, and/or law firm
- Demonstrated quality service mindset, strong technical aptitude, critical thinking skills and experience with MS Office applications and third-party tax reporting software programs
- Excellent communication and time management skills; flexible and adaptable team player; and resourceful in delivering high quality work
