This is a critical leadership role within our organisation and will be accountable for the delivery and management of the India-based HR delivery team. The role responsibilities include strategically driving both the operational and digital transformation required to support the delivery model ensuring operational effectiveness which strongly aligns with the Group priorities.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in HR delivery and management
• Deep functional and operational expertise in HR
• Ability to drive strategic transformation across global domains
• Experience in the implementation of business transformation, strategic HR initiatives and processes
