The Manager HRBP KRC manages projects and people for HR activities related to employee lifecycle, providing on the ground support and driving initiatives for engagement, reward and recognition, diversity and inclusion, and more.
Requirements
- Acting as primary contact for local business leaders on human capital issues
- Leading employee engagement initiatives, improving work relationships, building morale, increasing productivity, and developing retention strategies
- Managing end-to-end compensation exercises, including benchmarking, designing compensation philosophies, and implementing compensation strategies
- Providing HR policy guidance and interpretation, and supporting customer service and operations service resolution for critical or sensitive issues
