Seeking a skilled Automation Anywhere RPA Developer to join our Automation Run Services team, ensuring the reliability of production automations and maintaining system stability.

Requirements

• Monitor production automations
• Communicate failures to business users and perform initial troubleshooting
• Implement bug fixes and planned system enhancements
• Manage business user requests
• Provide enhanced monitoring and support during peak business periods
• Coordinate with the Build team during production handovers and hyper care periods
• Perform code development for minor enhancements
• Liaise with the RPA resiliency team for virtual machine allocation
• Maintain the automation code repository and a detailed log of all production issues and their resolutions
• Develop and maintain reports on key performance indicators
