Job Description
The ServiceNow Manager is responsible for developing technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform to satisfy the business needs of the IT department and beyond.
Requirements
- Development of ITSM & other modules (GRC, SECOPS, CSM, ITBM, ITOM, ITAM) in ServiceNow Platform.
- Always follow best development practices during support and development.
- Support other developers in their work to integrate existing systems with Service Now.
- Strong hands-on ServiceNow experience (development).
- Creating technical design document and writing Unit test cases.
