KR Wolfe is seeking a part-time Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative and project support to executives. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple tasks while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.

Requirements

• Coordinate travel arrangements
• Manage and reconcile executive expenses and assist with budget tracking
• Support project coordination and follow-up on action items
• Maintain task management systems and help prioritize executive workload
• Schedule meetings, appointments, and ensure calendar efficiency
• Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations as needed
