Regional Manager - Field Force

The Regional Manager is a leadership position responsible for the full people management, day-to-day scheduling, and operational execution of KR Wolfe's Elite Field Force within a defined region. The role is critical to the success of the Elite Field Force launch on June 1, 2026, and requires a strong leader who can drive regional performance and talent development.

Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive experience in field operations, workforce management, or project-based environments.
• Proven success leading and developing field teams (technicians and supervisors) in geographically dispersed settings.
• Strong experience in scheduling, resource allocation, and utilization management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, coaching, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to travel within the assigned region and job-site presence as needed.
• Demonstrated ability to manage through change while maintaining low/no impact on frontline teams and clients.
