The 3rd Shift Sanitation Coordinator is responsible for leading daily huddles, filling in for call-ins and vacations, reviewing recaps and summaries, performing startup, shutdown, and pre-operational inspections, creating and modifying daily schedules, managing LOA and absenteeism, and completing weekly crewing. The role also involves understanding and enforcing discipline policy, ensuring proper PPE, complying with safety training and policies, and promoting open communication within the team.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Prior manufacturing experience is preferred
- Sanitation experience: 2 years is preferred
- Able to train others on all jobs of the team
- Execute the training plan for all new employees to the team
- Ensure completion of all required compliance training each month
