Requirements
- Proven track record leading continuous improvement to reduce process losses, boost equipment reliability, and replicate successful solutions across production lines or sites.
- Experience creating, maintaining and improving equipment and process standards in partnership with production and maintenance teams.
- Strong change-management capability: keep procedures and control strategies current and communicate updates clearly across the plant.
- Experience planning and running regular equipment/process health checks, identifying gaps and leading actions to close them.
- Comfortable in daily production planning meetings and reporting key performance metrics (for example, Overall Equipment Effectiveness and average time between unplanned stops) and improvement outcomes.
- Able to coach and mentor frontline leaders and equipment owners, lead structured problem solving and root-cause analysis, prioritise fixes from loss analyses, and ensure data used for decisions is accurate.
