We have an exciting opportunity for a Continuous Improvement Lead to join our Manufacturing team based out of our Wagga Wagga, NSW site. The ideal candidate will have experience in food manufacturing, FMCG, and technical knowledge of end-to-end food manufacturing processes. This role involves driving continuous improvement activities, training operators, and coaching management to improve productivity, efficiency, and unit cost.
Requirements
- Degree-level qualification in Engineering
- Technical knowledge of end-to-end food manufacturing processes
- Practical experience in a food manufacturing / FMCG environment
- Excellent problem-solving, planning, and organisational skills
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
- Eligibility to work in Australia with full working rights
