Job Description
Farm Manager will oversee greenhouse and open-field operations, supervise employees, and manage daily activities to meet local and federal laws and company safety standards.
Requirements
- BS in Agriculture, Crop Science, Horticulture, or a related field
- 5+ years experience in vegetable seed industry with processing tomatoes in greenhouse and open field
- Licensed PCA (Pest Control Advisor)
- Leadership and communication skills
- Technical skills: farm experience, certified to apply crop protection, proficient in Microsoft Office
