The Farm Manager will oversee the daily operations of the greenhouse, open-field farm, and on-site microwave lab, ensuring compliance with local and federal laws and company safety standards. They will manage employees, track expenditures, and implement cost-saving strategies.

Requirements

• Supervision: Manage employees and daily operations
• Compliance: Ensure all activities meet local/federal laws and company safety standards
• Budgeting: Track expenditure against the annual plan
• Maintenance: Oversee the upkeep of all farm equipment, vehicles, lab tools, and irrigation pumps
• Field & Greenhouse Operations: Lead all fieldwork, manage trial management, crop health, sanitation, and greenhouse operations
• Seed Operations: Supervise harvesting, seed treatment, quality control, and logistics
