Job Description
The Gr17 KHMS Team Lead is responsible for leading operations, providing guidance, and developing plans to win each shift. The role involves developing strong coaching skills, facilitating communication, and collaborating with operators and support functions.
Requirements
- Leadership in Operations
- Develops strong coaching skills
- Provides mentorship and guidance for operator development and training
- Champions, leads, and executes equipment, reliability, or process improvement projects
- Provides process specific guidance and expertise to production and support teams
- Leads production team to develop and execute a plan to win the shift
- Facilitates the line loss analysis (waste elimination and yield improvement) and line throughput improvement plans
- Analyze daily and shift line data to identify and prioritize loss elimination opportunities
- Participate in level 2 and Daily Production Meeting (DPM)
- Maintain legible, neat and accurate records and reports
