Job Description
The OE Lead is responsible for eliminating process losses on equipment, creating process standards, and coaching line teams on problem-solving activities. They also lead the Centerline, Organizational Change, and Changeover Daily Management Systems and own Digital Coach for KHMS and 5S.
Requirements
- Eliminate process losses on equipment

- Own Digital Coach for KHMS and 5S
- Execute projects as aligned within daily meetings
- Document control for CL, CIL, and other production-related documents
