Job Description
We are looking for an HR Generalist to partner with site leadership and drive HR strategy and execution at our Garland manufacturing facility. The role will support workforce planning, talent acquisition, employee and labor relations, training and development, and compliance.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of progressive HR experience
- Experience in employee and labor relations, hourly recruitment, and HR process execution
- Ability to influence and partner with leaders at all levels
- Proficient computer skills, including HRIS and Microsoft Office
- Proven problem solving, conflict management and decision-making abilities
