Maintenance Manager

Requirements

• Engineering degree or equivalent (required)
• Strong and proven experience in practical manufacturing/FMCG experience and in a supervisory role.
• Demonstrated leadership, change-management and people-management skills, with experience managing direct reports.
• Strong commitment to safety and food quality; proven ability to maintain compliance while meeting maintenance and production targets.
• Proven CAPEX and maintenance budget management capability, with understanding of P&L, balance sheets and cost-centre controls.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to interpret complex data, with effective communication and delegation skills.
• Practical experience in Lean manufacturing/continuous improvement and problem-solving methodologies.
• Project management and technical/SOP writing experience (desirable).
